Very curtious, professional, and came out to fix my well pump system in a couple hours after it stopped working. They have a great team that really worked together efficiently. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly and explain to me what I needed to do once they left. Everything in my water system closet was clean with new valves and pipes where needed when they were done. It's been several weeks and my water system is working better than it did before!

First Class AAA+ rating from me. Professional, knowledgable, friendly and HONEST! Jake and Jesse came, realized my issue right away (check valve), didn't try to sell me a well pump. I went with them becasue of the great reviews and they lived up beyond expectation. Jesse went so far as to expain everything about my well, pump and entire system. Great job!

I can't begin to express how thankful and impressed with are with Kocher's Water Pumps & Tanks Inc. We lost water and had another company come and first told us that our well was dry, then that we had to dig up the water line underground. They didn't complete all appropriate tests to make this assessment but quoted $7000 to complete the job. I almost fainted. There was no way.My husband called Kocher's and from the first phone call they were kind, quick, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable! Through each step of the process we were given updates, key pieces of information to make decisions, and felt that we were top priority on their list. The guys were so respectful of our home, our property, and listened to us. Their dedication to helping us made us feel like we were apart of their family. They did not want to stop until every single issue was resolved, and resolved the correct way. They went through so many tests to determine what the issues were and how best to fix them. We found out that there were other issues than what we were told from the previous company. They were here when it was cold, windy, and raining. The day we got our water back, they stayed past 6pm on a Friday while it was raining outside to ensure we had running water. All that while each one of them had a smile on their face and not a single complaint. We can't thank them enough. Nothing is worse than not having water when you need it. That was what my family woke up to this morning. I called Kocher's because I remembered 20 years ago when my well went dry how good to us they were. They were at my house within an hour and and diagnosed the problem quickly. Jake Jr. was very friendly to deal with and respectful of coming in and out of our home. Two other members of their staff came and were equally respectful. Jake explained everything to me and tried hard to keep the costs down. The staff when you call in to the office are also very friendly and nice. I will never go anywhere else for my well or water system needs and neither should you.

I had Kocher's replace our entire water system as it was 22 years old. They installed a well pump, tank with SS fittings, acid neutralizer, water softener, constant pressure system, whole house filter and an RO system (reverse osmosis). All of the old parts were hauled away. There were two service technicians to replace the pump and then one service technician to install the new system. The plumbing runs were a work of art. When finished, the service technician explained how the new system works, how to change the clock time in case of power failure and filter replacement intervals. The area was left in a very clean condition. I wiil be a lifetime customer and highly recommend Kocher's for all of your water needs.

I was having issues with hard water ( well water ). I called Kocher's and they came right out and tested the water. Within days , I had a water softener installed. They did a nice clean, efficient install of the water softener and associated plumbing. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns, and I believe that if any issues would happen to arise in the future , they would promptly rectify the situation.

I highly recommend this company. I built a new home a couple years ago and they had installed a new water system for me - Filter, Iron Breaker, Water Conditioner, and UV light.Sales: They are extremely knowledgeable and patient with their sales. I knew essentially nothing about water treatment systems and admittedly asked a ton of questions. They were extremely patient in answering all my questions, explaining all the options, and making a recommendation. They are not pushy at all, and will not try to sell you things you don't need just to make a buck.Install: They were super professional and nice with the install. They walked through everything they were going to do, installed quickly and cleanly. They went over everything after they were done, again happily answering my barrage of questions.Service: Scheduling service is always super quick and easy. They are super friendly and keep records of your system so they know exactly what they are coming to do.System: I am extremely happy with our system. It addressed all the issues that were present in our well water. Our water now tastes fantastic and we have zero issues with appliances or in our showers.Overall, I am extremely happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. There are few companies I trust implicitly and this is one of them.

We had a new water softener installed on Friday morning and just wanted to say a huge thank you to the 2 gentlemen who installed it. Not only did they know what they were doing but went the extra mile to make sure everything was in working order before they left. We highly recommend Kocher's Water Pumps and Tanks.

Very nice guys to work with. Kocher came out to move our pitiless adapter down below frost level and cut our well. He did this job because our house builder’s subcontractor who originally did the did a wrong and horrible job. Kocher brought the quality. Thank you!

The previous owner of our home told me to call this company and I’m so glad she did. I left a voicemail the night before and they called me first thing the next morning! They came the same day to see what was wrong with my tank and replaced my pressure tank the same day! They were fast and efficient and I’m so grateful. Never calling anyone else!

I was having issues with water pressure fluctuating intermittently from my well. I had lived in the city all my life, and had no idea what the problem could be, or who to call for help. I ran a Google search and came across Kocher's Water Pumps & Tanks, and decided to give them a try. They did not disappoint! I left a message after closing on Monday, and received a callback first thing the next morning. Within hours, Matt came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and had a new tank and plumbing installed. He was kind, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me any services I didn't need, or take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the issue in any way. I would definitely recommend this company for your well servicing needs!

We have had water issues for many years at our home. We have tried three other well services and none were able to diagnose or completely fix the problem. Kocher's was the first to actually correctly diagnose and fix the problem - for the first time since we have owned our home we have no water issues! On top of that they are very honest - they thought the issue was a broken water line but when they dug down to the line they realized it was just a cracked connector - they could have charged me their quote for the line but they didn't - they took the cost off the bill and saved me $1000. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much for figuring out our issues and repairing them so honestly!

Came to my mother's house as quickly as possible and found out why there was no water. Fixed it immediately of which I was very happy since 93 yr olds need water.. I will be calling them again if she has trouble in the future.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. My water pump went bad last night around 8pm. I Googled this business (they have EXCELLENT reviews) and called the number. Jake answered the phone and asked me multiple questions. He gave me a rough estimate of what a new well pump repair would cost. Jake was very knowledgeable. The next day, as promised, Jake and Josh showed up at 8:30am. They got straight to work. They did the routine diagnosis and found the issue. Both were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Literally within two hours, I had a new pump installed. They walked me through how to flush out my system, they answered all my questions, they cleaned up and left. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. This company is a 10/10! And the best part, they are VERY reasonably priced.

So pleased with the promptness and professionalism. My well pump died and needed to be replaced. The owner responded to my call within 15min. Came to my house 1 hour later, diagnosed the problem and had the new pump installed within 45 minutes. Very fair price.

They installed a sulfur filter for my well water, something that most other well drillers I called weren't willing to do. In fact, most never even returned my call.Very prompt in giving me an estimate and scheduling the work, and the two men, one young man an apprentice, were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am very pleased with their work, and they were very tidy to boot.

TRUSTWORTHY AND AFFORDABLE! I had Maitz Home Services come 5 years ago and paid way too much for a new well pump. 5 years later my water stopped working. I called Maitz and they were nice enough to come out and diagnose the problem for free. They found that the well pump went dead and tried to sell me on a completely new constant pressure system for way too much money. I called Kocher's Water Pumps & Tanks. They came out first thing the next day, looked over everything, and started asking questions like "Why do you think you need a new tank?" Ugh, because the last guy told me this one is old and will die soon?? Within 10 minutes of arriving they pulled the pump up and found the problem. The wiring Maitz Home Services put in 5 years ago looked like a rat's nest and was rubbing against the side of the well for 5 years until the wire wore through and sheared off. No new pump, no new tank was needed! They fixed it for a FRACTION of the cost!

Reliable And Very knowledgeable, Excellent Fast Service.

I moved into to a new home and within hours of owning it, I notice a leak coming from the water line in the basement. I found Kocher's online and a gentleman was at my house with in an hour to fix the leak. Absolutely great service!

I called Kocher left a message, received a return call in a very short time, was told they would be at least 2 hours before they could get to our home, they called to verify that I still needed their services gave me prices of service call and hourly rates. I agreed to have them come out, they arrived at the house, very nice young men they got right to work. We asked a lot of questions, they we very knowledgeable. They explained everything that they were doing (as we sat like spectators) We will definitely recommend your company to others. They explained that we will soon need a new holding tank, and we will be calling for that service also.Thank you very much!
